Making Men For This Hour

About us

Where men stand firm; with purpose in heart, and strength in action.

Integral Man exists to help men find their footing in a confusing world. We work with those who feel lost, disconnected, or burdened by wounds from the past, men struggling with identity, direction, or belonging.

Many of the men we serve have faced hardship: absent fathers, family breakdown, emotional suppression, addiction, or the lingering effects of trauma. Others simply find themselves numb, stuck, or drifting — successful on the outside but unfulfilled within.

We create space for men to slow down, go inward, and confront the deeper questions of life: Who am I? What am I here for? What does it mean to be a man? Through reflection, brotherhood, and spiritual grounding, our work helps men connect to what matters.

The transformation we witness is not just personal — it ripples out to families, children, and communities. When a man finds peace within, he leads with clarity, strength, and purpose.

Results

This work gets results

The founders of Integral Man bring over 40 years of combined experience working with men through mentoring, leadership programmes, and rites of passage style development work. This experience has repeatedly shown the powerful effect that responsibility, reflection, and strong male community can have in helping men build meaning and direction in their lives.

This immersive journey challenges participants to confront their past, reimagine their future, and step into adulthood with courage and conviction. It’s a structured but soulful path, designed to awaken responsibility, find identity, and build connection.
