No therapy-speak. No corporate polish. The men who run Integral Man have spent their working lives alongside men - in prisons, on probation, in mentoring charities and in the counselling room. They have faced their own monsters, and they know what it takes to face yours.
Stuart Croll
Chief Executive
Stuart grew up on a council estate in Peterborough and ran his own businesses for years before training as a psychotherapeutic counsellor. He has led men's work for eight years - weekend lead, psychodrama facilitator and mentor supervisor with the charity abandofbrothers - and is completing a Master's in Psychotherapy. He is a father, and he leads every weekend Integral Man runs.
Neal Allistone
Director
Neal grew up in Eastbourne and spent ten years working inside prisons, building services that are still running today: support for fathers inside, work with high-risk young offenders, restorative justice and resettlement. He trained as a gestalt therapist, ran rites of passage weekends with abandofbrothers, and served as its safeguarding lead.
Mark Nightingale
Director
The son of a Maidenhead plumber, Mark trained as an actor and worked with the RSC, the National Theatre and in the West End before giving seventeen years to abandofbrothers, six as Head of Mentoring and Training. He has mentored young men through the criminal justice system and now supports men on probation with Sussex Pathways. A husband, father and grandfather, baptised in 2025, he puts God first.
