By using this website, you agree not to cause damage, disruption or misuse of content or services.
Intellectual Property
All website content is the property of Integral Man CIC unless otherwise credited.
Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Event Applications
Application to attend an Integral Man weekend does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to
decline participation.
Donations
Donations made through third-party platforms (such as GiveSendGo) are voluntary and non-refundable. The terms of the donation platform apply.

Booking Terms

These terms apply to anyone booking a place on an Integral Man weekend.
The deposit. A place is reserved with a £100 deposit paid through Stripe. The deposit holds your place; it does not pay for the weekend in full.
The balance. The remaining £300 is due before the weekend. We will email you an invoice through Stripe roughly six weeks before the weekend, payable within four weeks. If the balance is not paid two weeks before the weekend, the place may be released to someone on the waiting list.
Total cost. £400 per attendee. This covers accommodation, meals, and all weekend activities.
Bursaries. Subsidised places at £200 are available to men who genuinely cannot meet the full cost. Email information@integralman.org if this applies to you. Bursaries are at the directors’ discretion and depend on availability.
Refunds and carry-over. Our default refund window is 14 days before the weekend. After that, payments are non-refundable. In practice we try to be flexible – if you can’t attend, talk to us. Where it makes sense, we will carry your payment over to a future weekend rather than refund it.
Transfers. If you cannot attend, your place may be transferred to another man with our agreement. Tell us as early as possible so we can prepare.
If we cancel. If Integral Man cancels a weekend – for any reason – all payments are refunded in full.
Health and participation. The weekend involves physical demand, periods of solitude, and overnight outdoor activity. You confirm at booking that you have no health condition that would affect your safe participation, or that you have notified us in advance so we can plan accordingly. We reserve the right to decline attendance on safety grounds.
Conduct. Integral Man weekends rely on trust between men. Behaviour that endangers or seriously disrupts the group may result in your being asked to leave. No refund is given in that case.
